SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Gene Industrial Solutions LLC, operating as Gene Industrial Solutions for SMS, offers optional transactional and security text messaging on the Master Palm Official Store. Separate, unchecked opt-in controls are provided for security verification codes and order received/shipped notifications; neither is a condition of a purchase, and opting in to one does not enroll you in the other.
Security verification code frequency varies with login, account and purchase-security activity. Order updates are limited to up to two messages per order, typically an order receipt and shipping/tracking notice. SMS codes expire after 15 minutes. Newsletter marketing is not part of this SMS program.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may choose email instead of SMS for supported security verification flows. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact sales@masterpalm.com. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
