SMS and Text Messaging Privacy

The Master Palm Official Store is operated by Gene Industrial Solutions LLC (customer-facing SMS brand: Gene Industrial Solutions). When you separately and voluntarily opt in, we collect and use your mobile telephone number, opt-in choices, timestamps, message delivery data, and related security records to send one-time security verification codes and optional transactional order received and shipment/tracking notices.

Security verification message frequency varies with account activity. Order-status messages are limited to up to two per order. We retain consent and opt-out audit records for compliance and fraud prevention. We use Twilio as a service provider to transmit messages and process delivery status and replies, and may share necessary delivery information with participating mobile carriers solely for messaging delivery and administration.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS phone numbers and opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is recorded separately for security verification SMS and order-status SMS and is not inferred from a newsletter signup, purchase, or general acceptance of Terms. A STOP request suppresses further SMS to the phone number unless you re-enroll, subject to applicable laws and service-provider controls.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may choose email instead of SMS for supported security verification flows. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact sales@masterpalm.com. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
