Secure Payment Processing

Gene Industrial Solutions LLC values the security of your personal and payment information. Customers should submit payment information only through the official Master Palm checkout process or through a secure electronic invoice issued by Gene Industrial Solutions LLC.

Online card payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. PayPal payments are processed through PayPal. Payment information entered through these payment services is transmitted directly to the applicable payment provider using an encrypted connection.

Gene Industrial Solutions LLC does not directly store your complete credit card number or card security code on its store server. Your payment provider may retain payment information according to your account settings and its own privacy and security policies.

Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include:

• Major credit and debit cards displayed during checkout
• PayPal
• PayPal Pay Later options, when offered by PayPal and available to the customer
• Secure electronic invoices issued by Gene Industrial Solutions LLC
• Approved split-payment arrangements

Acceptance of a card, prepaid card, debit card, digital wallet, or financing option is determined by the applicable payment provider. Available payment methods may vary by billing address, transaction amount, currency, account eligibility, and destination country.

Credit and Debit Card Payments

By submitting an order using a credit or debit card, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total amount shown during checkout.

Your available credit or account balance may be reduced immediately after the payment is authorized. An order will not be released for fulfillment until payment has been approved and any required order verification has been completed.

If you believe that you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us immediately. Please provide your order number, the amount of each charge, and the dates shown by your financial institution. Do not send complete card information by email.

Stripe Link and Saved Payment Information

Stripe may offer an optional service called Link that allows eligible customers to save payment information with Stripe for future use.

Using Link is optional. Payment information saved through Link is maintained by Stripe under the customer's Link account and is not stored as complete card information by Gene Industrial Solutions LLC.

Customers who do not want Stripe to save their payment information should not select or activate the Link payment-saving option during checkout.

PayPal and PayPal Pay Later

Customers may select PayPal during checkout when PayPal is available. You will be directed to PayPal to sign in or complete payment using an eligible PayPal payment method.

PayPal may offer Pay in 4, Pay Monthly, or other Pay Later options to eligible customers. These financing options are provided and administered by PayPal or its lending partners, not by Gene Industrial Solutions LLC.

Eligibility, payment schedules, interest rates, financing charges, credit decisions, transaction limits, and disclosures are determined by PayPal. The availability of a Pay Later option is not guaranteed and may vary by customer, location, purchase amount, and product.

Split Payments

Customers who need to divide an order among multiple credit or debit cards must contact us before payment is completed.

When approved, Gene Industrial Solutions LLC may issue one or more secure electronic invoices through its online billing system. Each invoice must be paid as instructed. An order will not enter fulfillment until the required total payment has been received and verified.

Selecting a split-payment option during checkout does not automatically complete payment. A sales representative will contact you or send the required payment instructions.

Order Review and Verification

Online payment approval does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. Gene Industrial Solutions LLC may manually review an order for payment verification, product availability, pricing accuracy, shipping restrictions, fraud prevention, or other operational requirements.

We may contact the customer by telephone or email to verify the order, billing information, shipping information, or authorized use of the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to place an order on hold, request additional verification, or cancel and refund an order that cannot be reasonably verified.

Order Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation within 24 hours after submitting an order. A cancellation request is not effective until it has been confirmed by Gene Industrial Solutions LLC.

Because many Master Palm products are industrial, special-order, assembled-to-order, or supplied through a production schedule, cancellation may no longer be available after production, assembly, procurement, picking, packing, or shipment has begun.

Cancellation requests submitted after the first 24 hours will be reviewed individually and may not be approved. Custom-manufactured, modified, configured, personalized, or special-order products generally cannot be canceled after production or procurement has begun.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Payment Processing Fees

Gene Industrial Solutions LLC does not add a separate payment processing fee unless a fee or adjustment is clearly disclosed before the customer submits the order.

Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or another payment provider may independently charge currency-conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, financing charges, overdraft fees, insufficient-funds fees, or other account-related charges. Gene Industrial Solutions LLC does not control and is not responsible for fees imposed by third parties.
