How long does it take to receive my order?
Is between 1 and 2 weeks. Most items ship within 2 business day. The average time is less then 10 days. The total expected delivery time includes the average availability plus the total shipping time. In most cases we are able to ship your items much sooner. Experience has taught us it is best to under-promise and over-deliver the majority of the time while allowing some leeway for those situations where delays do occur.
Can you ship to another location different from my billing address?
Yes. When you checkout your order, please provide the different shipping address different from your billing address.
Do you have a store where I can go and pick up the tool?
Currently, Master Palm pneumatic air tool products are only sold online. All orders can only be fulfilled through mail delivery.
The tool specification I am looking for is not listed online, can you customize the tool specification for me?
Yes, within allowable range. Most of time we are able to adjust the free speed within the allowed range. For torque air tools, we are unable to adjust the torque for you at this time.
Where are those tools made?
Master Palm pneumatic tool products are designed in the USA and made in Taiwan while we also use parts made in Europe, USA and Other countries.
Do you provide drop shipping service?
Yes. We can ship to your customer directly. Just specify different shipping address. You may also provide us your own packing list and shipping instruction. We can only ship either USPS priority mail with signature confirmation or UPS ground for USA destination.
Do I have to pay for import tax or custom duty if I am within USA?

Yes. If you are located outside of the USA, you will have to pay for import related fees to the customs, they are usually called import tax or custom duty.
